Newcastle University Streamlines Its Legal Services Department through HighQ

To enhance efficiency within its busy legal services department, Newcastle University has adopted Thomson Reuters HighQ, the modern, adaptable solution to simplify legal processes and facilitate legal project management in one place.

In selecting HighQ, Newcastle is now able to capture and manage work through a significantly more unified and centralised process. Previously, support requests were submitted through multiple routes and processes, and now thanks to HighQ they can be viewed and progressed more easily with all related documents in a single location. In addition, the Legal Services department is now able to easily monitor different categories of work, as well as the volume of work referred from different departments across the University, to assist with future resource planning or training requirements.
