Underlease of whole by reference to superior lease
This standard document grants an underlease of the whole of premises that are let by a superior lease. It incorporates the clauses of the superior lease by reference which avoids repeating each individual clause. This standard document will not be suitable for use in all cases. It should only be used where the superior lease is a reasonably modern commercial market rental lease. It should not be used as an underlease of part of the premises let by the superior lease.
