Transfers: clauses for TR1 (commercial freehold or leasehold property)
Clauses for use in the transfer form on a transfer of commercial property (freehold or leasehold), where the transfer is of the whole property. These clauses are designed to be inserted in the relevant panels of Form TR1, which is the Land Registry prescribed form of transfer for registered land and can also be used for a transfer of unregistered land that will trigger first registration.
