Simple framework services agreement (pro-customer)
A framework services agreement (also known as a master services agreement) for use in business-to-business transactions where services are provided under statements of work (SOWs) which are agreed upon as needed and form part of the main contract. It is drafted from the customer's perspective. The agreement addresses key areas in the supply of services such as limitations of liability, ownership of intellectual property rights, data protection compliance, employee transfers under TUPE, and payment terms.
