Sexual harassment policy
A Standard document that provides a model sexual harassment policy for employers to adapt for use as part of a staff handbook or as a standalone document. This policy is designed to help employers fulfill their legal duty to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace, as required by the Equality Act 2010 (EqA 2010).
