PSC register: completing the register: before 18 November 2025

Before 18 November 2025, Part 21A of the Companies Act 2006 requires certain companies and other legal entities to keep a register of people with significant control. This practice note considers the steps a company was required to follow to create its PSC register and to keep that information up to date.
