Parental leave
A note on employees' statutory entitlement to up to 18 weeks' unpaid parental leave per child, and the legal and practical issues which arise in relation to the implementation of a non-statutory parental leave scheme. This note does not cover the right to shared parental leave and pay on the birth or adoption of a child (effective from April 2015).
