Licence to assign
Licence from the landlord giving consent to the tenant to assign a lease which is a new lease under the Landlord and Tenant (Covenants) Act 1995. The tenant is required to give an authorised guarantee agreement (AGA) in a separate document and any guarantor for the outgoing tenant is joined as a party to the licence.
