A policy for employers that allows their workforce to use generative AI (GenAI) for business purposes. This is intended to cover GenAI applications like ChatGPT and allows the workforce to use the applications to perform routine tasks in the workplace. Among other things, the policy deals with authorised GenAI applications, guidelines for use, the employer's right to monitor and issues relating to technical support, training and responsibility for associated costs.
