This note considers the effectiveness of this method of enforcement of a money judgment and gives a summary of the practical and procedural steps involved. Note: The taking control of goods regime came into force on 6 April 2014. Execution against goods undertaken prior to the commencement of the taking control of goods regime on 6 April 2014 was not affected by the new regime.
