Disclosure: letter of advice to client in contentious proceedings on disclosure obligations

An example of a letter, to be sent early on in a dispute, advising a client of their disclosure obligations in a multi-track case not subject to PD 57AD ("Disclosure in the Business and Property Courts"). It also includes important instructions about the creation, destruction and amending of documents. This letter could be adapted for use in an intermediate track claim not subject to PD 57AD.
