Consultancy agreement via a service company
A contract for services where an individual's services are provided through a personal service company. This contract is intended for use by clients when they are engaging a consultant company to provide professional services and where the parties intend that the engagement will not be deemed employment for the purposes of the IR35 or off-payroll working rules.
