Agency worker contract for services

A standard document that provides a contract for services between a temporary agency worker and an employment business in relation to which the Agency Workers Regulations 2010 (SI 2010/93) apply. The standard terms are drafted from the employment business's perspective. This contract establishes that the individual has worker status and is not an employee of either the employment business or the client, with the specific details of each assignment set out in a separate booking placement form. It is drafted to comply with key legislation, including the Agency Workers Regulations 2010 (AWR 2010), addressing the 12-week qualifying period and the worker's entitlement to equal treatment regarding basic working and employment conditions. The agreement also incorporates requirements from the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003 (Conduct Regulations 2003) and the Working Time Regulations 1998 (WTR 1998), including provisions for holiday accrual and rolled-up holiday pay.
