Laura King, Partner, Global Head of HR and Talent. Before taking up leadership of the firm’s people and talent function globally, Laura specialised in securitisation and structured finance capital markets work. Laura has over 20 years’ experience at Clifford Chance. She is a member of the firm’s Executive Leadership Group, Executive Operations Group and leads the firm’s Global HR Leadership Group. In addition to heading strategy and operations for the firm’s HR function, she is extensively involved in the firm’s recruitment, development, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
