Plumley, who is an Advisory Board Member on Thomson Reuters’ Transforming Women’s Leadership in the Law programme, discusses the importance of mentoring and sponsorship; championing diversity and inclusion in firms; and, the role male leaders must play to address the barriers that impede women as they progress in their legal careers.
