Advancing gender equality: “why not get the best talent you can?”

Thomson Reuters’ Transforming Women’s Leadership in the Law (TWLL) programme aims to bring together people from all segments of the legal industry to examine, discuss and debate the barriers that impede women as they progress in their legal careers.

The vision of the TWLL programme is to cultivate and develop actionable steps which organisations can take to accelerate the progress towards equality in the legal profession—as well as empower and inspire more women to take on senior leadership roles.

In this video interview, Vivienne Artz, Chief Privacy Officer at Thomson Reuters, and President of Women in Banking and Finance, sat down with David Cruickshank, Global Chairman of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu to talk about Transforming Women’s Leadership.

Watch and listen to an inspiring and informative discussion on the issues around achieving gender equality in the senior leadership levels in professional services.
