The reality of legal buyers generation to generation

13 Jul 2017

How will tomorrow’s clients differ from today’s?

New research from Acritas Research Ltd. confirms there is a new generation of legal buyers that is more diverse, demanding and budget conscious.

The research compares the results of those under 50 years to those over 50 years. By comparing the demographic profile, attitudes and buying behaviours of the two groups, lawyers can start to prepare for what lies ahead as the older age range gradually retires and the younger, more modern buying approach becomes the norm.

Our Answer On blog recently featured a blog post from Lisa Hart Shepherd, CEO and founder of Acritas Research Ltd. , who discusses the findings in more detail.  Head on over to our Answers On blog to find out more.
