What is the registration fee?

What’s included in my fee?
Registration includes admission into all general and breakout sessions. Fees include refreshments, meals and conference materials.
Does the registration fee include air fares and hotel accommodation?
All transportation costs and hotel accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the attendee.
Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
Yes. After you register online, you will receive an automated email confirming your registration.

How do I pay my registration?
You will receive an invoice to the email address supplied on your booking form about 10 days after you register.
The invoice will be issued from our accounts department.
If you have entered a discount code, this will be applied.

To register you will need an invoice number and Payer Account Number
Pay by Bank Transfer: Please email a remittance advice detailing your payment

Is my reservation transferable?
If you are no longer able to attend, you may send a substitute free of charge. However please inform us of the new delegate’s name prior to the event.
All cancellations must be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, telephone cancellations are not accepted.
How can I cancel my registration?
- If I cancel your registration 28 days or more before the Event, subject to an administration charge equivalent to 20% of the total amount of my fees plus VAT.
- If I cancel your registration less than 28 days, but more than 14 days before the Event, subject to an administration charge equivalent to 50% of the total amount of my fees plus VAT.
- The full amount of your fee remains payable in the event that your cancellation is 14 days or less before the Event or if you fail to attend the Event.
Where is the venue?
This year’s Thomson Reuters Company Secretary Forum will be held at the QEII Centre in London.
How do I get there?
This year’s Company Secretary Forum will be held at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre. Situated opposite Westminster Abbey, the QEII Centre is a four-minute walk from St. James’s Park tube station which is serviced by the District and Circle train lines, a six-minute walk from Westminster tube station which is on the Jubilee line and District and Circle train lines, and a 14-minute walk from Waterloo train station.
