Emma Nendick trained at Freshfields (now Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer) and worked as an associate in the tax department for three years. She moved to Herbert Smith in 1996, where she set up and ran the tax professional support function. She joined Practical Law in September 2006 as Head of Tax. Emma is currently a non-practising solicitor.
